The customer service is excellent and till now I have booked tickets with other travel agents many times but I did not get this type of customer service that also over the phone!!!,the ticket booking process was very fast.The Ticket price that I have got is the least price that I think any other travel agents will surely not give me.My friends were also puzzled by hearing the ticket prize.I tried other travel agents as well but they were spellbound the moment I told them the I am getting so so price from other agent,they gave the usual answer as " please send that website screenshot with the ticket price claimed or itinerary of the agents,then we will be "able to" beat that price" , I have also searched many websites but that also did not had the price that I was looking for. The whole conversation over phone while booking the ticket with Jenny was wonderful,she was patient enough and answered each of my questions and clarified them instantly.On the top I have also got two discount vouchers which is very good,I will surely book the tickets with them in the near future and also recommend my friends to book tickets from Hoodaki.com.I am grateful to the excellent services rendered by you.

In response to your request for feedback, I wish to say that I've been generally very happy with Hoodaki, having now used them for 3-4 times. The service personnel are polite, patient, and generally responsive. The prices are also quite competitive. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to be provide a firmer initial quotation..... to elaborate, for my most recent booking, I had been quoted one price, but ended up paying significantly (about 8%) more largely because our seats had not been held for us (an avoidable oversight). Had I known that the final price would be what it ended up to be, I'd have searched around for a more competitive offer. That said, my Hoodaki booker did help me sort out a rather difficult/complex itinerary and was very good about ringing back to check details.... in this regard, I do appreciate his time! Overall, I'd rate your service quite highly (7.5/10).

We recently booked a flight to Phuket with Kate. She really gave a good service in trying to find the most suitable flights for what we wanted, and was very patient with us trying many different options as we were trying to coordinate with other flights. We were searching for the Easter period and it was very busy with flights getting booked up in the space of a couple of hours. Kate probably spent a good 5 hours searching for us which is very dedicated seeing as we were spending less than £2k. When the airline overbooked and unconfirmed the flights after booking(!!), she called me immediately and managed to find another option. We had also been searching sky scanner and other comparison sites and your prices were generally very good. Kate also gave me a very competitive quote for a particular hotel we were interested in. We would certainly use your company again.
